I’m impressed with Ramos Heating and Cooling services on my AC. Appointment available same day, arrived within the hour of me booking my appointment. Professional, knowledgeable, very kind, great prices and straight to the point. Saved me thousands of dollars because another company wasn’t knowledgeable at all and misdiagnosed the issue. They took their time diagnosing my issue, but after that, it took them no time to get me up and running! I will only use Ramos moving forward. 10/10 I recommend!

Alberto and his amazingly kind and hard-working team came over when called and did their best to triage my mom's 1988 central air unit, haha, and then when it finally conked out they were there to install a new unit the next a day! They answered allllll of our questions (mom is 81 and still very curious 😉) with patience and thoroughness. We are happy to endorse them and their business!

Had a new a/c installed today and couldn’t be more pleased . Very professional and did a great job. Also hired them to diagnose an issue at a different location once again did a very thorough job and did the necessary repair in a timely manner. Great workmanship and knowledge of HVAC systems. Ramos Heating and Cooling is the only company I will be using. They installed a new furnace and water heater back in August from the huge floods. Despite all the calls they were getting, he was able to get me in very quickly and complete the entire job within 2 days. He just came back to do an annual inspection on my central air unit today. He did a thorough job and explained everything he was doing and what he did to make sure I understood. Very reasonable prices!!!

No complaints!! They arrived on time, came in and did some troubleshooting, explained the problem, offered possible solutions, solved the problem, explained what they did, identified things that could become future issues that I should be aware of, and cleaned up. No hard selling. They were very polite, kind, courteous and helpful. I plan to utilize their services again and I would highly recommend them to anyone with A/C issues!

Last week on the hottest days my A/C blew out. I reached out to Ramos head and cooling. They responded right away and got the job done in a day. The crew was very respectful and attentive in asking if I had further questions or concerns. They were very responsible in laying their own sheet cover in my back door to the basement so they wouldn’t track too much dirt, on a rainy day. The quality of the work was top notch, everything was new, build easier to clean and maintained long run. New unit outside, inside and new lines. I felt like they did so much extra work then they had to and it was very appreciated. They explained everything in detailed what they would do and showed you as well after. They even came a couple days later to double check A/C to make sure it’s running just right. Hard workers are even more charismatic when you have a good attitude, your kind and caring for people and this company crew did exactly that. I highly recommend them. My water heater went out the other night. They came out and took a look. He tried to get it going for me in the morning but it’s old and I wanted a new reliable one. They replaced it night day for us! The area they worked in was cleaner after they were done! Highly recommend.

If you’re in need of anything hvac related don’t hesitate to use Ramos Heating and Cooling. They are very professional and did a great job installing a new ac unit at my mother’s house. They were very thorough with installation and calibrated the system to ensure we were getting the proper flow. Line set was installed clean and neat where the existing line set was hanging low. After installation was completed, we did a full walkthrough of what work was completed and information/advice was given on what we should do to keep the system running properly. As for pricing, it was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. One company gave a quote that was extremely high and stated things we needed to add such as upsizing, cleaning and adding ductwork. When discussing with Ramos heating and cooling if we needed these things their response was, “No, none of those things were necessary/needed to ensure proper cooling and efficiency.” We appreciate their honesty and not trying to upsell or try to gouge our pockets. In my past experiences, I’ve used bigger companies because of their advertising on tv or the radio but they didn’t exceed my expectations like Ramos Heating and Cooling which makes me regret that purchase and experience previously. In conclusion, Ramos Heating and cooling went above and beyond with all the work performed. In my opinion, give your money to them and let their work speak for itself. I believe at the end of the day, when it’s all completed you will feel the exact same way I’ve felt, that they deserved that money. I genuinely would recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again for any hvac related repair/installs. Thank you and your team for your hard work and services.

they came in and did a tune up on my old-school oil boiler. They were courteous, clean, and very reasonably priced. These guys are as professional as the day is long. I would recommend this company to anyone with heating and/or cooling needs.

Friendly and professional. Exceptional service providers. They provide the service you expect while being respectful of your home and your budget. They were there when our furnace went out in subzero weather when other providers couldn't be bothered to schedule us without a service plan. They have earned my trust.

When we moved into our new home in Wisconsin from Florida, we had no idea how to work our gas furnace, water heater or sump pump, so we called Ramos. They ended up finding our sump pump was burnt out and got us scheduled to put in a new one, showed us how to work the gas water heater and realized how outdated it was, scheduled us to install a new one, showed us our ac vents really needed a cleaning and helped us get set up with a reliable company for that, as well as helped us hook up our water line for our fridge that the previous owner hadn’t done. They even took the time to answer all of our various questions about other things on our property that were new to us. I could not recommend them enough, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and diligent. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of for a decent price.

I've worked with Ramos for years. Customer service and quality of work are top-tier. They do the best job of taking photographs and videos so you can actually see everything in your system. They take time to do things properly and ensure everything runs smoothly. At my last house, they identified an issue with the initial installer of my air conditioner, which saved us hundreds of dollars. Couldn't recommend them enough, A+ team!
